We are looking for a young, analytical Chartered Accountant to take ownership of inventory governance across warehouses and job worker locations.
Hiring: Manager– Inventory & Controls (CA)
📍 Location: Bangalore (Corporate Office)
🧑💼 Experience: 3–5 Years (Post-Qualification )
This role offers direct exposure to top management and strong involvement in working capital management and analytics.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage inventory reconciliation across warehouses & job workers
✔️ Lead physical verification (PV) and pass adjustment entries in books
✔️ Analyze stock variances, ageing & slow-moving inventory
✔️ Ensure GST compliance for job work transactions
✔️ Strengthen internal controls & SOPs
✔️ Prepare inventory MIS & analytics for leadership team
✔️ Handle Audits & Due Diligence for Inventory area.
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
CA = 1–3 years
Strong understanding of inventory accounting
Exposure to manufacturing preferred
SAP/MM knowledge is a plus
Strong Excel & analytical skills
High ownership mindset
