Job Description

We are looking for P&L Owners to handle Specialty Feed Ingredients Portfolio. This role will be responsible for end-end ownership of Business- Develop a vision for the business and execute it, Product portfolio selection, Sales in global and domestic markets, Strategic sourcing, evaluating manufacturing, driving product development and R&D, Building and Mentoring teams
Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Drive business development for Feed Ingredients/Animal Nutrition.
  • Identify new export markets, customers, and new business
  • Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics for timely execution of export orders.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales experience of Feed ingredients.
  • Strong understanding of Feed industry/Animal Nutrition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

  • Strong product, application, and process understanding.
  • Ability to convert technical features into customer value.
  • Consultative selling, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
