Qualification: Chemical Engineer or relevant background
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic tie-ups with plants, factories, and key customers
- Leverage technical and commercial acumen to close BD deals
- Identify and onboard CMO partners to support growth and capacity needs
- Conduct plant visits and commercial negotiations
- Stay agile, street-smart, and responsive to dynamic business needs
- Frequent travel to supplier/customer sites across regions
