Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for global operations.
- Consolidate and analyze financial reports across multiple regions.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and international tax laws.
- Manage foreign exchange risks, treasury operations, and hedging strategies.
- Oversee cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and global tax planning.
- Partner with banks, auditors, and regulators across countries.
- Provide financial insights to support international expansion, M&A, and strategic investments.
- Establish internal controls and standardize finance processes across geographies.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to align global strategies.
- Present reports and recommendations to senior leadership and global stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
- 5–14 years of progressive experience in finance, with significant exposure to international operations.
- Strong knowledge of global accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance regulations.
- Proven expertise in foreign exchange, treasury management, and financial risk mitigation.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and multicultural environment.
