Job Description : BDM - Nutraceuticals
Drive business growth in the nutraceutical segment with a strong focus on herbal extracts and nutraceutical ingredients. The role involves key account management, new business acquisition, and strategic market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow business for herbal extracts and nutraceutical ingredients.
  • Identify new customers, applications, and market opportunities.
  • Manage key nutraceutical accounts and build long-term partnerships.
  • Lead techno-commercial discussions, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with R&D, sourcing, and production teams for customized solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 8–12 years of BD/sales experience in nutraceuticals, herbal extracts, or botanical ingredients.
  • Strong industry network with nutraceutical brands and ingredient buyers.
  • Sound knowledge of herbal extracts, actives, and nutraceutical formulations.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and deal closures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
