Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the onboarding process for Contract Research Organizations and individual scientists.
- Ensure fast, seamless onboarding aligned with internal timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, BD, Operations) to ensure readiness for each profile.
- Serve as the first point of contact for CROs, addressing queries and guiding them through the onboarding lifecycle.
- Help maintain quality and consistency in the setup of partner profiles on the platform.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Academic background in chemistry, biology, or a related life sciences field.
- 2–5 years of experience in onboarding, partner success, or scientific customer engagement roles (preferably in a startup or CRO-facing environment).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A mature, confident presence – ideally in their late 20s to early 30s – capable of interacting comfortably with senior scientists and BD heads at CROs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
