Job Description: Business Development – Essential Oils

As we work towards establishing our presence globally we are looking to hire a leader to build and expand the business and team there.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and revenue growth in Essential Oil division for fragrances sector.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
  • Essential oil, F&F blend/base/formulations.

Qualifications :
  • Relevant years of experience in sales and marketing within the Essential Oil's division for flavors and fragrances industry.
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
