Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner Associate to support hiring and HR operations across technical, operations, supply chain, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in both recruitment and HR business partnering, preferably within chemical manufacturing or related industrial sectors, and should understand plant, R&D, and corporate workforce requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across manufacturing, R&D, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, industry networks, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Build talent pipelines for chemical manufacturing and allied industries
- Manage offer roll-outs and onboarding coordination
HR Business Partnering
- Act as a point of contact for business teams on HR-related matters
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, and performance discussions
- Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and people initiatives
- Work closely with managers to address employee queries and people-related challenges
HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and HR MIS reports
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for new hires
- Support HR projects and initiatives aligned with business goals
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HRBP / HR Generalist roles
- Strong preference for candidates from chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, pharma intermediates, or industrial manufacturing companies
- Experience hiring for plant roles (Production, QC, QA, EHS, Procurement, etc.) is a strong plus
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and HR reporting
