Role : Principal Scientist - Material Science (Battery, Semiconductor & OLED Materials)
Role Overview
Scimplify is looking for an experiences Material Science R&D Leader to drive the development of next-generation advanced materials for batteriesm semiconductor material and OLED applications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead R&D programs focused on advanced materials for electronics and energy storage.
- Develop and scale high-performance materials for batteries, semiconductors, and OLEDs.
- Drive material synthesis, characterization, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with global partners and customers to develop customized materials.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, product development, and commercial teams.
- Establish robust material testing and validation frameworks.
- Mentor and lead a multi-disciplinary R&D team.
Qualifications
- PhD / M.Tech in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science.
- Experience working in global or MNC R&D environments.
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in R&D.
