Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise along with exceptional team management and leadership skills to mentor engineers, manage project execution, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
The Tech Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to build innovative products while fostering a high-performance engineering culture.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable and high-performing applications.
  • Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Drive technical decision-making and solution design across projects.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

Team Management & Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of developers and engineers.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, performance discussions, and skill development initiatives.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely project execution.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and a positive team culture.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and capability building within the engineering team.
  • Strong focus on people management, conflict resolution, and team motivation.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements.
  • Drive sprint planning, estimations, and delivery tracking.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within timelines and quality standards.
  • Communicate technical updates and risks effectively to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong experience in software development and system architecture.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
  • Excellent people management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, or similar.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-paced product or technology environments.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and automation tools.
  • Certification in cloud technologies or Agile methodologies is a plus.
