About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our Flame Retardants portfolio. The role involves developing and managing customer relationships across the Rubber, PVC, Plastics, and Polymer industries while promoting a wide range of flame retardant additives and raw materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Flame Retardants business.
  • Identify and acquire new customers in the Rubber, PVC, Plastics, Cable, Wire, Footwear, Automotive, and Polymer industries.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular engagement and technical-commercial support.
  • Promote and sell flame retardant raw materials including: ATO (Antimony Trioxide), ATH (Aluminum Trihydrate), Zinc Borate (ZNB), DPDPE, TCPP, TDCPP, CDPP, HBR, TPP
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with sourcing, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely customer support and order fulfillment.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and regular MIS reports.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • 5 – 8 years of B2B sales experience in Specialty Chemicals, Additives, Polymers, Flame Retardants, PVC, Rubber Chemicals, or related industries.
  • Strong network within PVC, Rubber, Plastics, Compounding, Wire & Cable, and Polymer manufacturing industries.
  • Technical understanding of flame retardant additives and their applications.
  • Experience handling industrial customers and distributors across India.
