Role Summary


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our International Business team. The role involves assisting the Business Development team with lead generation and contact research, while also coordinating the end-to-end execution of customer orders to ensure timely and seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support


  • Identify and research potential customers across global markets.
  • Pull and validate relevant contact information for target accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain prospect databases using online research tools and professional networks.
  • Support the Business Development team in lead generation and market outreach activities.
  • Ensure the CRM/database is updated with accurate customer and lead information.

Project & Operations Coordination


  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, and Finance) to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
  • Track order progress from confirmation through delivery and proactively follow up on pending activities.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and international customers for order-related updates.
  • Resolve operational issues by coordinating with relevant teams and escalating concerns where required.
  • Maintain project trackers, order status reports, and operational dashboards.

Reporting & Process Management


  • Prepare periodic reports on lead generation activities, project status, and order execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and documentation requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development Operations, Sales Operations, Project Coordination, or International Operations.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
