Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development for Scimplify's Aroma Chemicals business across India and international markets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers in the fragrance, flavours, personal care, home care, cosmetics, food ingredients, and industrial fragrance sectors.
  • Promote Scimplify's manufacturing capabilities in aroma chemicals, fragrance ingredients, essential oils, natural extracts, and specialty aroma molecules.
  • Develop long-term relationships with fragrance houses, flavour manufacturers, FMCG companies, personal care manufacturers, distributors, and contract manufacturers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, sampling, techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and order closure.
  • Collaborate with sourcing, technical, regulatory, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify cross-selling opportunities across Scimplify's portfolio.
  • Monitor global market trends, pricing, raw material availability, and competitor activities.
  • Represent Scimplify at industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and international trade events.
  • Achieve annual revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. MBA is preferred.
  • 5–12 years of experience in Business Development, International Business, or Technical Sales within the Aroma Chemicals, Fragrance, Flavours, or Specialty Chemicals industry.
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international markets.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and strategic account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
