 Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth workplace operations. The role  involves facility management, vendor coordination, asset management, travel support, and employee-related administrative activities.

   Key Responsibilities
● Manage overall office administration and facility operations.
● Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, transport, maintenance, and other office services.
● Handle office asset tracking, inventory management, and procurement of supplies.
● Manage vendor onboarding, quotations, purchase requests, and invoice coordination.
● Support employee onboarding logistics, workstation setup, and office seating arrangements.
● Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and logistics
.● Organize office events, employee engagement activities, and visitor management.
● Maintain administration records, contracts, and compliance-related documentation.

   Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
● 2-5 years of experience in Administration, Facilities, or Office Operations.
● Strong experience in vendor and facility management.
● Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office applications.
