Commercial & Business Development
Collaborate with Business Development, R&D, and Operations teams to identify new manufacturing opportunities.
Evaluate potential manufacturing partners through technical, commercial, and operational assessments.
Drive strategic initiatives to improve supply chain resilience, cost optimization, and manufacturing efficiency.
Support new product commercialization through partner identification and manufacturing readiness.
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Coordinate with international stakeholders and suppliers to manage project timelines and commercial discussions.
Present sourcing strategies, partnership opportunities, and market insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
7-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, business development, or manufacturing partnerships within the chemical, polymer, plastics, or specialty chemicals industry.
Proven experience in sourcing plasticisers, polymer compounds, additives, or related chemical products.
Experience working with global suppliers and contract manufacturers is highly desirable.
