   Key Responsibilities

● Develop and expand business for herbal extracts, botanical ingredients, and
nutraceutical ingredients.
● Identify new customers, applications, and market opportunities.
● Manage key nutraceutical accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
● Lead techno-commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract closures.
● Collaborate with R&D, sourcing, and production teams to deliver customized solutions.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements.
● Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and revenue projections.
● Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
● Drive customer onboarding and ensure successful execution of commercial projects.
● Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records while achieving assigned sales
targets.


    Requirements & Qualifications

● 5+ years of business development or sales experience in nutraceuticals, herbal extracts,
or botanical ingredients.
● Strong network within the nutraceutical industry, including brands, manufacturers, and
ingredient buyers.
● Good understanding of herbal extracts, botanical actives, and nutraceutical formulations.
● Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
● Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Life
Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
● Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, contract negotiations, and
strategic account management.
● Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, regulatory, sourcing, and operations
teams.
● Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development
activities.
